This is a walkthrough for the Meat is Murder side mission in Borderlands 4. Read on to follow the objectives and clear the mission.

How to Unlock Meat is Murder
Talk to Byron in Harper's Hideaway
To start Meat is Murder, talk to Byron in Harper's Hideaway, west of Coastal Bonescape. Byron will be inside a room in the barn. You must kill all the surrounding enemies to proceed.

Find Harper

| 1 |  Eliminate all the rippers around Byron and then destroy the obstacles blocking the way to his room to continue. You'll know you've cleared out all enemies when the planks and hay turn red. If you're unsure where the enemies are, you can enable the radar under the Gameplay section of the Options. |
| 2 | Once you've accepted the mission, Byron will ask you to find Harper. Follow him and investigate the crime scene in the barn. Interact with the corpses, the metal plate with bloody scratches in the southeast, the large animal carcass on the opposite side, and the bone arms on the table in the center. |
| 3 |  After examining all four clues, interact with the radio next to the bone arms on the table. Harper's corpse will then appear above the meat grinder, tied up. Interact with the switch next to the grinder, only for it to grind faster. |
| 4 |  Head outside the barn and destroy the coolant regulators. The first is in the southwest of Harper's Hideaway, and the second is in the northwest. Use your grappling hook to remove the lid, then shoot the regulators to destroy them. |
| 5 | Return to the barn and shoot the rope holding Harper to bring down his corpse. Examine his body, then the radio with him. |
| 6 | You will then be ambushed by Rippers. Kill them all to continue! |
Head to Plungeford

| 1 |  After killing all the Rippers, head east to the tool shop and talk to the owner, Otis. |
| 2 |  Make your way north to Plungeford and find a cave beyond the waterfall. Be careful, as you may need to fight in the area. The cave is located in the northwest part of Plungeford, near the large water wheel. |
| 3 | Enter the cave to confront Harper's murderer, Zeke. Kill him, then listen to the radio to complete the mission. |
