Since items have a random chance to be accompanied with a set bonus, the best way to obtain these items would be to farm a location with sheer amounts of loot.
Drill Sites contain a lot of badass enemies that give greater amounts of loot along with multiple bosses that will further increase the loot quantity that you can get.

Items that emit a distinct glow contains a random firmware set bonus. Take note that you have to be near lootable items to see this distinct glow!

There are certain Firmware Sets that are only obtainable in UVHM. Due to this, we recommend reaching at least UVHM 1 to obtain these specific Firmware Sets!
