Meet Penelope Streams in Vend of the Line Side Mission

Borderlands 4 - Vicious News Cycle - Cannon Fodder Side Mission Location

After meeting Penelope Streams for the first time in the side mission Vend of the Line, she goes off to trigger three related side missions in Carcadia Burn: Vicious News Cycle: Cannon Fodder, Vicious News Cycle: Hot Tag, and Vicious News Cycle: Mine Time Live.

These three side missions can be done any time.

You may start Vicious News Cycle: Cannon Fodder by talking to Penelope Streams on a platform atop Grindstone of the Worthy.

Launch Zink out of the Cannon

# Walkthrough
1 Climb on top of the platform, where you will see Penelope Streams and Zink, who is in a cannon. Talk to Penelope Streams.
2 Borderlands 4 - Vicious News Cycle - Cannon Fodder Add Charge or Launch
With Zink inside the cannon, you have two options: charge the cannon or launch it.

You may choose to charge the cannon up to four times until it turns red.
3 If you launch Zink without further charging the cannon (only lit green), he will be shot to a different location in the Ruined Sumplands. Go to his marked location to find him and open the weapons chest to end the mission.
* Alternatively, if you fully charge the cannon, Zink will be launched into the sky and will apparently not come back down. The mission will end after Penelope Streams' commentary.
