Dropped by Leader Willem in The Excrucible
The Rainbow Vomit shotgun has a chance to drop from Leader Willem inside The Excrucible at The Grindstone of the Worthy in Carcadia Burn.
He is first faced during the side mission, The Mole's Gambit but you have to complete the following side missions first before reaching this point:
After beating him for the first time,Leader Willem can then be fought again by paying the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near his boss arena.

Has a Chance to Drop from Legendary Loot Sources
Aside from farming Leader Willem, the Rainbow Vomit also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses. You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.
