The Rippa Roadbirds is located in Saw's Clench Ripper Drill Site in Carcadia Burn. The Rippa Roadbirds are a boss trio that guards the Saw's Clench Ripper Drill Site found off to the north of the Ruined Swamplands area in Carcadia Burn.
The Rippa Roadbirds can also be repeatedly farmed after you defeat them the first time. Return to the location after the side mission and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.
Since there are three bosses, you effectively get three chances for legendary loot per run.

Lil' Grunt, Gruntabulous Vork and Baby Grunt are the three Rippa Roadbirds with each of their own health bar. Start with Shock weapons to quickly break their shield, then switch to Incendiary to burn through their health.
They throw projectiles that deal heavy damage with splash AoE. Keep strafing and dash sideways to avoid direct hits and stay clear of the blast radius.
Rippa Roadbirds can damage you by the smoke on the vehicle. It can lower your health significantly. Be sure to run or dodge when they are nearing you.
Don’t kill every enemy in the arena. Keep a few alive so you can use them for Second Wind if you get downed.
