Found in The Old Scrape Ripper Drill Site
Saddleback and Immortal Boneface (Meathead Riders) is an optional boss encounter located in The Old Scrape Ripper Drill Site, Cuspid Climb in Terminus Range. You can access Ripper Drill Sites as soon as you discover them on the map.
Saddleback and Immortal Boneface (Meathead Riders) can also be repeatedly farmed after defeating them. Return to the location and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.

How to Beat Saddleback and Immortal Boneface
Take Down Saddleback First
Immortal Boneface is invulnerable while mounted on Saddleback, so focus on Saddleback first. He may dismount occasionally, but his shield will rapidly regenerate as long as Saddleback is alive, making it inefficient to attack him until Saddleback is defeated.
Use the Enclosed Area on the Left
From the arena entrance, head to the far left side. This enclosed spot has only one entry path, making it easier to avoid being surrounded and overwhelmed by enemies.
