This is a walkthrough for the One Slimy Issue side mission in Borderlands 4. Read on to follow the objectives and clear the mission.

To start One Slimy Issue, you must have completed the previous mission One Gassy Issue.
Talk to Beth by the same house at Lakeside Properties on the Fades District of the Dominion region.

| 1 | Talk to Beth at Lakeside Properties. |
| 2 | ![]() ![]() Go to Beth's basement down the steps of the pier. You will see that the door is armored. Look at the heaps of mud to find a half-submerged Locust gas dispenser. Throw a canister at the door to enter. |
| 3 | Inside, kill the creeps infesting the basement. You will have to reboot the surveillance system by flipping two switches. |
| 4 | ![]() ![]() Take a Locust canister from a side room to clear up the console accessible by a ladder. Throw the canister at another console in a small room across the one from where the dispenser is. |
| 5 | ![]() Go to the marked location to investigate the monitoring device, which has a missing part. Following the objective on the map, find the location of the device's signal at a nearby ripper camp. |
| 6 | ![]() Kill the rippers and the thief, the Scrapvenger, in the area. After killing the Scrapvenger, retrieve the missing device part. |
| 7 | ![]() Go back to the device to repair it. Immediately after doing so, threshers will emerge from the ground. Kill them all. |
| 8 | ![]() Acquire the spare part from the crane near the monitoring device. Use your grappling hook to get up and climb toward the crate where the part is. |
| 9 | ![]() Follow the objective to the second monitoring device just ahead. Destroy the growth around it by shooting it. Then, insert the spare part to repair it. |

| 1 | Follow the next objective to find the Bio-Thresher Omega at an open muddy area. |
| 2 | ![]() Kill the Bio-Thresher Omega by disabling its armored skin with Locust canisters from nearby dispensers and then shooting it. Repeat until it is defeated. |
| 3 | ![]() After killing the Bio-Thresher Omega, shoot or strike the vomit pile, from which a non-hostile creep, Beth's pet Colonel Oatmeal, will emerge. |
| 4 | Return to Beth with Colonel Oatmeal to finish the mission. |
