Found in Embossed Fault Abandoned Auger Mine

Skull Orchid is located in Embossed Fault Abandoned Auger Mine, Grindstone of the Worthy in Carcadia Burn. Abandoned Auger Mines becomes accessible after completing the Shadow of the Mountain Main Mission.

Skull Orchid can also be repeatedly farmed after defeating it. Return to the location after the main mission and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.
