Borderlands 4 Tipsy Olivia Location

La-La-Last Call is part of a questline that starts with Mob Mentality. Complete Mob Mentality, Mob Rules, Angry Mob, Mob Justice, and Tandem Access Memory before unlocking La-La-Last Call.

You can then start the side mission by talking to Tipsy Olivia in The Pit, southwest of The Low Leys.

Borderlands 4 Lisa FullFolja Location
Head southwest to The Couch Hole, a stage under the highway near the center of Grindstone of the Worthy. Talk to Lisa FullFolja once you arrive.

Borderlands 4 Kill Rippers or Pay Money
You will then have the choice to kill the problematic rippers or pay the manager $11,000.

We recommend going for the former, as the area has a locked chest that you can open after killing all rippers. $11,000 may also be too steep depending on your level.
* If you choose to kill problematic rippers, head southwest to The Pigeonhole and kill all rippers in the area.
3 Regardless of your choice, return to The Pit to complete the mission.

Should You Kill Problematic Rippers or Pay Manager $11,000?

Killing Problematic Rippers Yields More Rewards

Lisa FullFolja will give you the choice to either kill the problematic rippers or pay her $11,000. We recommend choosing the former, as the area contains a locked chest that you can open after killing all the rippers. Additionally, you'll gain EXP and loot from the rippers.
