Primordial Guardian Radix Location
Found in Arch of Radix
Primordial Guardian Radix is located in Arch of Radix, Grindstone of the Worthy in Carcadia Burn. Primordial Guardian Radix appears as a boss encounter by completing all vault key fragments in Carcadia Burn and finding the vault entrance that is also located in Carcadia Burn.
Primordial Guardian Radix can also be repeatedly farmed by spending cash at Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena.

Use Shock and Corrosive Weapons
Radix's 2 health bars will consist of blue and yellow bars. Blue health bars are weak to Shock weapons while yellow health bars are weak to Corrosive weapons. Make sure to bring both elemental types to clear out Radix faster!
Elemental Weakness Chart and Damage Guide
Jump on Boulders
You can pre-emptively jump on the boulders that Radix drops to avoid his shockwave attacks. This attack affects the entire arena and this is the best way to avoid it.
Beware of Lightning Strikes
Once Radix floats, lightning strikes will come from above to attack. Balance offense and defense by looking up to shoot Radix and looking down to avoid the lightning strikes!
Keep an Eye Out for Glowing Stones
Radix has the ability to throw rocks and boulders towards your direction. Keep an eye out for the blue color that will envelop a rock before Radix throws it to you!
