Chance Drop from Sidney Pointylegs
The Disc Jockey heavy weapon ordnance has a chance to drop from Sidney Pointylegs. This boss can be found guarding The Prospects - a Ripper Drill site found at the Hungering Plain of the Fadefields.
If you did not get your desired legendary drop after beating it for the first time, you can respawn and fight Sidney Pointylegs anew by spending cash at the nearby Moxxi's Big Encore Machine (found at the west side of the arena).

Has a Chance to Drop from Legendary Loot Sources
Aside from farming Sidney Pointylegs, Disc Jockey also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses. You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.
