Meet Penelope Streams in Vend of the Line Side Mission

Borderlands 4 - Vicious News Cycle Mine Time Live Side Mission Location

After meeting Penelope Streams for the first time in the side mission Vend of the Line, she goes off to trigger three related side missions in Carcadia Burn: Vicious News Cycle: Cannon Fodder, Vicious News Cycle: Hot Tag, and Vicious News Cycle: Mine Time Live.

These three side missions can be done any time.

You may start Vicious News Cycle: Mine Time Live by talking to Penelope Streams by the sea at the northern part of the Ruined Sumplands.

Once you approach Penelope Streams, the side mission will automatically trigger without having to speak to her.

Shoot the Thing on William's Head

# Walkthrough
1 Listen to Penelope Streams talk about the situation with William, who is standing across the water with something on his head.
2
Borderlands 4 - Shoot Thing on William
Afterwards, shoot the thing off William's head. It is preferable to use a sniper rifle to shoot it off.
3 After Penelope Streams closes the side mission, you may swim over to the rock William was on to open the chest there.
