Lucian's Flank
Lucian's Flank is one of the best Legendaries in the game because it has infinite ammo. Its trait, Trample, will restore 2 ammo for every critical hit you do. It is a generally good weapon for all builds if you are able to constantly target the enemies' weak spot.
Lucian's Flank is dropped from the Meathead Riders boss in the Old Scrape Ripper Drill Site.

Kaoson is a SMG that uses sticky bullets that will explode, dealing damage. This is great for builds like Peacebreaker Cannons Rafa who can shoot with infinite ammo. You can easily stack up a ton of explosives on a boss' weak spot, dealing massive damage in a few seconds.

The Hot Slugger is a reliable Legendary shotgun that will give you a +30% damage when you kill an enemy, up to a maximum of +90% damage. This is great for taking down large waves of enemies like in Wildcard Missions.
Linebacker
The Linebacker is a Legendary shotgun that shoots balls that will explode when it touches something. It will continue to bounce around the area, causing multiple explosions. This is great for farming bosses, especially if the fight is in a closed space.

The Complex Root is one of the best Sniper Rifles in the game. It will deal massive Elemental damage as it shoots out several bullets at the same time. It can melt bosses if it is weak to your gun's element!

This Legendary shield will spawn homing missiles every time you kill an enemy. This is a great item for farming Ripper Drill Sites and Primordial Vaults because it can deal constant damage across a group of enemies.

This Legendary Repkit is great for ramping up damage against a group of enemies. Due to its cooldown reduction effect, you can retain the buffs for a long time, as long as you are getting hit.
Ordnance
Vivisecting Throwing Knife
Though it is not a Legendary weapon, a Throwing Knife with a Penetrator augment is one of the strongest ordnance in the game. It will enable a huge amount of burst damage and let you melt bosses like in a Critical Clones Vex Build.
Class Mods
Forge Master for Amon (Forgeknight)

This is the generally best class mod for Amon, because it lets you use your Forgeskill twice per cooldown. His other class mods enable specific builds like the Melting Furnace class mod for an Incendiary build or the Firey Elementalist class mod for an Elemental damage build.
Rocket Scientist for Harlowe (Gravitar)

Unique Effect: Whenever Harlowe Shocks an enemy, she automatically Entangles and Irradiates that enemy. Whenever Harlowe Entangles an enemy, Electric Arcs shoot out from that enemy at other nearby enemies. |
This Legendary Class mod will give Harlowe a great damage boost. She will turn anyone she entangles a source of damage, letting you deal more damage against groups of enemies.
Perpetual Dancer for Rafa (Exo-Soldier)

Rafa's best overall class mod is Perpetual dancer. This will double any Overdrive buffs after your Action Skill ends, increasing the overall damage you can do. For full melee builds, you should consider The Esgrimidor class mod instead.
Teen Witch for Vex (Siren)

One of the best class mods for Vex is Teen Witch. This will let her sustain her shields with any Lifesteal buffs. If you are doing a Clones Build, Illusionist works best for it.

From Boss Drops
Each boss has their own Legendary loot drop. You can spend cash on Moxxi's Encore Machine to replay the boss anytime.
If you have unlocked Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, you can do a Weekly Encore Machine by paying Eridium. The boss will be stronger, but it will drop more loot.

Maurice's Black Market
After you complete the main story and unlock Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, you can access Maurice's Black Market. It is a vending machine that sells Legendary weapons for cash. Its location will be different every week.

Weekly Wildcard Missions
With UMV Mode enabled, you can do the Weekly Wildcard Mission. These are harder main missions, but with a guaranteed Legendary drop as a reward. You can access this in the Matchmaking menu.

Vending Machines
Very rarely, you can find Legendary loot in regular vending machines. It may be an Item of the Day promotion where a featured item will be on sale.

After you finish the Siege and Destroy main mission, you can do the Vend of the Line side mission. One of the rewards of the quest is a Legendary Weapon of your choice for only $1.
Random Loot
You can also find Legendaries as random loot, though it is very rare. They can be dropped by regular enemies, found by opening a chest, and other ways of spawning loot in-game.
