Complete the Shadow of the Mountain Main Mission
The Claim, along with other Abandoned Auger Mines, becomes accessible after completing the Shadow of the Mountain main mission. It is one of the three missions that you unlock following A Lot to Process.

The Claim Location
Inside Zadra's Backup Plan
The Claim is located within Zadra's Backup Plan, south of Synthetic Nave. Fast travel to Zadra's Backup Plan and approach the wall on the right to enter through the blue seal.

Explore the Mine

| 1 |  Once inside the mine, jump down and proceed forward until you reach a small waterfall with a climbable metal wall on the left. Avoid the green toxic water, as it can damage you. |
| 2 |  Climb up the cliff on the right, then jump to the metal ledge. Use the climbable wall to reach the next open area. |
| 3 | Continue through the mine. Use your grappling hook to cross the gap to the other side. Then, jump onto the climbable wall and onto another ledge. |
| 4 |  Crouch through the small opening and move forward until you reach an area with vending machines. Make your preparations for an upcoming boss fight. |
| 5 |  When you're ready, slide down the chute and defeat The Backhive! The Backhive is a large beast that spawns small kratches from its back. These chase you and explode on impact, so it's best to keep your distance and shoot the kratches before they hit you. We also recommend using fire ammo rounds to defeat the boss much faster. |
| 6 | After defeating The Backhive, the Auger Mine will be completed! |

40 SDU and Epic Loot After Defeating the Boss
Defeating The Backhive at the end of The Claim will reward you with 40 SDU, along with a variety of powerful gear.
