How to Get Adrenaline Pump

Has a Chance to Drop from Primordial Guardian Radix

Radix

The Adrenaline Pump has a chance to drop from Primordial Guardian Radix. This vault boss can be found inside the Vault of Radix located at the Grindstone of the Worthy in Carcadia Burn. Find all the three Vault Fragments in Carcadia Burn to spawn in the vault entrance.

If the Adrenaline Pump doesn't drop, you can use Moxxi's Big Encore just outside of the boss arena to make Primordial Guardian Radix spawn again. Note that the encore costs Cash and the cost will increase the more you level up.

Has a Chance to Drop from Legendary Loot Sources

Red Chest

Aside from farming Primordial Guardian Radix, the Adrenaline Pump also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses. You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.
