How to Get Super Soldier

Chance Drop from Vile Lictor in Umbral Foundry

Vile Lictor

The Super Soldier Energy Shield can be dropped by the Vile Lictor in Umbral Foundry in Windspear, Terminus Range. The Vile Lictor can be fought during the mission, His Vile Sanctum.

Vile Lictor can be fought again by paying Moxxi's Big Encore Machine which can be found near the boss' area.

Has a Chance to Drop from Legendary Loot Sources

Red Chests

Aside from farming Vile Lictor, the Super Soldier also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses like Rocken Roller and many others. You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.

This shield isn't exclusive to UVHM, I just had one drop from Quake Thresher in Timid Kyle's Neglected Opening on hard mode.
