The Wombo Combo assault rifle has a chance to drop from the Rippa Roadbirds (Gruntabulous Vork, Baby Grunt, and Lil' Grunt) - a boss trio that guards the Saw's Clench Ripper Drill Site found off to the north of the Ruined Swamplands area in Carcadia Burn.

After beating them for the first time, you can spend cash at the nearby Moxxi's Big Encore machine to re-challenge the bosses if you did not get your desired legendary drop.
