Collect All Vault Fragments in Terminus Range

Location: The Low Leys
Attached to the arch, surrounded by gold metal balls, just southeast of The Pit.

Borderlands 4 Terminus Range Vault Fragment Location 2
Location: Windspear
Inside The Vestral Garrison, in the red-lit control room near the terminal.

Location: Cuspid Climb
Next to a corpse inside a cave east of The Goredello. Defeat Logan at the entrance, then climb up the cave.

Find Vault Entrance at The Low Leys

Borderlands 4 Vault of Origo Location

After retrieving all Vault Key Fragments, you now have the Vault Key to access the Vault of Origo.

The vault entrance is on the mountain south of The Low Leys. To reach it, you can fast travel to Heritage Opus and head northwest toward the mountain. Enter the cave and activate the vault door.

Kill All Enemies

Borderlands 4 Vault of Origo Stele
Enter the vault and interact with the stele to start Primordial Vault: Terminus Range.

This is a tough side mission, so make use of the nearby vending machines to prepare for intense gunfights.

Borderlands 4 Kill All Enemies
When you're ready, head to the jump pad and launch into the arena. Kill all enemies!
3 Afterward, use the jump pad and follow the marked objective to the next arena. Kill all enemies there as well.
4 Follow the marked objective once again to the third arena. Kill all enemies here too.

Defeat Primordial Guardian Origo

Borderlands 4 Vending Machines
Once the enemies have been dealt with, use the jump pad to launch into an area with vending machines. Make your preparations, as a boss fight will follow.

Borderlands 4 Primordial Guardian Origo
When you're ready, launch yourself into the boss arena and defeat the Primordial Guardian Origo!

Origo Weakspot
The Primordial Guardian Origo's weak spot is the protruding blue crystal on the back of its head. Aim for it to deal more damage!

As with most bosses in the game, it's also important to stay mobile when fighting Origo. The boss frequently performs slam attacks that cover the entire arena, so double jump to avoid getting hit and dash sideways whenever Origo does a vertical attack.

Borderlands 4 Enter Rift
After defeating Primordial Guardian Origo, enter the rift to leave the arena. This will complete the mission!
