Complete Main Mission A Lot to Process

Borderlands 4 - And Welcome to the Jam Side Mission Location

To start And Welcome to the Jam, you must have finished the main mission A Lot to Process.

Once done, go to the northern part of Tonnage Peel in Carcadia Burn where you will see a small research post with an antenna. Interact with the ECHO log by the corpse on the ground to start the side mission.

Fix the Antenna

1 Interact with the ECHO log by the corpse.

Borderlands 4 - Antenna Parts Locations
You will be tasked with finding two parts to complete the antenna: the tracking board and the signal loop. Go to the marked locations on the map to find them.

Borderlands 4 - Tracking Board
You can find the tracking board at the nearby ripper camp. Climb the tall structure to find it at the top. Otherwise, you may attempt to glide from the post.

Borderlands 4 - Antenna Signal Loop
You can find the signal loop just outside the camp on a drill-like structure. Climb the tip to obtain it.
5 Go back to the antenna and place the parts.
6 Power up the antenna by pressing the button on the console.

Borderlands 4 - Dunks Watson
Wait for the antenna to search the sky for a visitor. A little while later, someone named Dunks Watson will land on the platform. Penelope Streams will appear to interview Dunks Watson.
8 Talk to Dunks Watson. After Penelope Streams signs off, the mission will end.
