Found in Upper Dominion
Primordial Guardian Timekeeper is located in Upper Dominion, Terminus District in Dominion. Primordial Guardian Timekeeper is the final form of the Timekeeper boss encounter in the main mission, The Timekeeper's Order.
Primordial Guardian Timekeeper can also be repeatedly farmed after you complete The Timekeeper's Order. Return to the location after the main mission and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.

Use Shock, Corrosive and Incendiary Weapons
Primordial Guardian Timekeeper has three health bars. Start with Shock to break its shields, follow up with Corrosive to melt its armor, and end with Incendiary to quickly burn down its flesh.
Step on White Spots for Ammunition
Scattered around the arena floor are glowing white spots. Step on them to generate random ammunition pickups during the fight. These will be crucial since you won’t have an opportunity to restock after defeating Timekeeper.
Use Floating Constructs to Avoid Ground Damage

Primordial Guardian Timekeeper will electrify the arena floor, causing constant ground damage. Grapple onto the floating triangular constructs above the arena to safely avoid the damage until the effect ends.

Primordial Guardian Timekeeper occasionally leaps into the air and marks a triangular zone where it will land. As soon as the marker locks onto your position, dash sideways to escape the impact and avoid taking heavy damage.
