There are three Primordial Vaults in Kairos. Each one is located in a different region except for Dominion. Use the map above to view all Vault locations.

There are three hidden Vault Key Fragments for each region that combine to a full Vault Key that opens the Primordial Vault in its region. While the location of these Vault Key Fragments are hidden, the various Order Silos can help finding them by marking a nearby fragment's general location.
All Vault Key Fragment Locations
| Vault Completion | Glide Pack Upgrade |
|---|---|
| 1st Clear | Faster Regen |
| 2nd Clear | Regen Delay Reduced |
| 3rd Clear | 50% Cost Reduction |
After defeating a Primordial Guardian boss found in these Vaults for the first time, you can claim a yellow orb in the next room that grants a permanent upgrade to your Glide Pack. Getting these upgrades are important for increasing your mobility while using the Glide Pack, especially for the quick dashes that you can do with it.
The upgrade you receive depends on how many Vaults you have completed.

Each Primordial Vault contains multiple enemy encounters and ends with a repeatable boss fight. Defeating the boss rewards high-quality loot and two weapon chests in the next room.
After collecting your loot, you can move to the next room to sell items and purchase an Encore. This allows you to fight the boss again for more loot and experience.
| Vault and Region | Recommended Level |
|---|---|
| Vault of Inceptus The Fadefields |
Level 15 - 20 |
| Vault of Origo Terminus Range |
Level 20-30 |
| Vault of Radix Carcadia Burn |
Level 20-30 |
The Primordial Guardian bosses found in the Vaults will always be two levels higher than your current level. It is, therefore, recommended to enter the Vaults after gaining a power boost from strong weapon upgrades or unlocking a powerful passive skill.
However, it is best to complete the first Vault as early as possible, ideally around level 15, to begin benefiting from the Glide Pack upgrade. The same applies to the other Vaults. Complete them as soon as you reach their regions and obtain the Vault Key.
