Chance to Drop from Leader Willem

Leader Willem location

The Firepot Grenade Ordnance can be dropped by Leader Willem in The Excrucible in Grindstone of the Worthy, Carcadia Burn. Leader Willem can be fought during the side mission, The Mole's Gambit.

Leader Willem can be fought again by paying Moxxi's Big Encore Machine which can be found near the boss' area.
