The Super Deluxe Edition contains everything in the Deluxe edition and has 2 additional packs called the Ornate Order Pack and Vault Hunter Pack.
The Ornate Order Pack is available at launch and contains various cosmetic items, while the Vault Hunter Pack gives even more post-launch content, including a new Story DLC and more playable Vault Hunters.
Pre-Order Bonuses
The pre-order bonus, called the Gilded Glory Pack, contains 1 Vault Hunter skin, 1 weapon skin, and 1 Echo-4 Drone skin. These can be claimed by buying any version of the game before its release date.
