Kairos Propaganda Speaker Map
There are 27 Propaganda Speakers scattered throughout Kairos. These speakers can be disabled by allowing ECHO-4 to hack them. Be cautious, however, as each hacking sequence triggers waves of enemies that will attempt to stop and overwhelm you.
How to Complete Propaganda Speakers
Initiate the Hack and Survive the Ambush
Interact with the Propaganda Speaker’s terminal to begin the hack. A blue number will appear above the terminal, showing the progress as it climbs to 100 while you remain near ECHO-4.
During the hack, waves of enemies will ambush you. Stay close to ECHO-4 and survive the assault to complete the hack, disable the Propaganda Speaker, and claim the rewards.

Each Propaganda Speaker you disable rewards you with 15 SDU Tokens. These can then be used to purchase capacity upgrades for your ammo, backpack, bank, and Lost Loot storage.
Vehicle Cosmetic for Collecting All Propaganda Speaker
Collecting all 27 Propaganda Speaker completes the Shut Up Already Challenge which rewards you with a Vehicle Cosmetic and a generous amount of experience, cash, and Eridium.

Right now the interactive map only shows 26 speaker locations but on the same page says there are 27...? I’m missing one in Carcadia Burns - Ruined Sumpland. Edit: found it, it's southeast of the top speaker in the Sumpland area - on the peninsula where you do the PBJ quest but closer to the road.
