This is a walkthrough for the Mob Justice side mission in Borderlands 4. Read on to follow the objectives and clear the mission, as well as how to find a way into Vile Lictor's black site.

How to Unlock Mob Justice
Complete Angry Mob
You should first finish Angry Mob to begin Mob Justice.
With Angry Mob finished, go back to the Boss' office at The Pit in The Low Leys and talk to his hologram.
Mob Justice Walkthrough
Find a Way Into Vile Lictor's Black Site

| 1 | Talk to the Boss' hologram. Afterwards, take the drive from the console. |
| 2 | Reach Vile Lictor's black site by following the marked location on the map. |
| 3 |  At Lictor’s Black Site, go through the red-lit entrance and drop down into the hole by the Vending Machines. |
| 4 |   To find a way into Vile Lictor's black site, the door to the right requires a device to deposit. If you go back to the spot where you landed from the drop, you will see a gap with the device stuck to the wall at the floor beneath. Use the grappling hook to take it, then slot it onto the machine. |
| 5 | In the room, insert the drive at the console. Interact with the console to have ECHO halt the download. Once done, retrieve the drive. |
| 6 |  From the entry, go straight and run ahead until you see vending machines. Climb up the ledge with the yellow marker and pass through the vent to land into another room. |
| 7 |  There, kill the Vile Prototype before moving along to the next room. |
| 8 |  Take the exit at the end of the room. Follow the path until you see a ladder to get out of the site. |
| 9 | Back in the Boss' office, return the drive to where you took it from the console. |
Infiltrate Lictor's Facility

| 1 |  After Lictor and the Boss' exchange, take the virus from the console and go to Bruce at Stoneblood Forest. Interact with Bruce to connect the Boss to it. |
| 2 |  Follow Bruce to the edge of the cliffside, where it will conjure a rift. Enter the rift by interacting with it. |
| 3 | Once you reach the other side, you will be surrounded by guards. Kill them all. Continue following Bruce into Lictor's facility while killing guards on the way. |
| 4 |  With all the guards gone, Vile enemies will appear. Kill them with Bruce. |
| 5 |  After killing the Vile enemies, inject the virus into the console and return to the Boss at The Pit. |
| 6 | In the Boss' office, you will meet both Bruce and Defiant Calder. Eventually, the Boss will appear via hologram. |
| 7 | Take the drive from the console and upload the Boss to Bruce. |
| 8 |  Become the Boss by taking his mask from the table, ending the mission. |
