How to Get Pacemaker

Has a Chance to Drop from Horace in Horace's Oversight

Horace

The Pacemaker has a chance to drop from Horace after defeating him at Horace's Oversight - an Order base is located at the Hungering Plain in the Fadefields.

Horace can be fought during the main story mission, Down and Outbound. In order to farm him using the Moxxi's Big Encore machine, you'll first need to complete the entire mission before coming back to Horace's Oversight.

Red Chest

Aside from farming Horace, the Pacemaker also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses. You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.
