| Types of Weekly Challenges | |

| Weekly Big Encore Boss | Features a tougher variant of an existing boss that offers more rewards than normal. The boss can be accessed through Moxxi's Big Encore Machine by spending Eridium. |
| Weekly Wildcard Mission | A weekly mission that guarantees a legendary drop once finished. The mission can be repeatedly done. |
| Maurice's Black Market Machine | A machine that can offer legendary loot obtainable by spending in-game cash. Its location is random and will swap each week. |
All weekly challenges have been updated! The October 2 update features a new Weekly Big Encore Boss, a New Weekly Wildcard Mission, and a new location for the Black Market Machine.
