Scoundrel Roundup: Kilo is one of the two side missions given during The Kairos Job. Talk to Shim at The Launchpad, southeast of The Howl.

Borderlands 4 Kilo House Location
Once you've accepted the mission, talk to Kilo in her house just northwest of The Launchpad.

Borderlands 4 System Instructions
Kilo will then ask you to approach the system and give commands. You must follow her instructions quickly, as each command has a 4-second timer. When you’re ready, smack or melee the red button. The sequence is as follows:

・Flip switch
・Shoot panel
・Pull lever
・Shoot panel
・Flip switch
・Melee button
・Pull lever
・Melee button
・Flip switch
3 After completing the sequence, listen to Kilo for a bit and she will join your crew, completing the mission.
