How to Get Phantom Flame

Chance Drop from Pango and Bango in Tender Cage

Pango and Bango

The Phantom Flame pistol is a chance drop after defeating Pango and Bango right below the Tendercage Ripper Drill Site located at Lopside, Carcadia Burn.

Pango and Bango can be refought by paying Moxxi's Big Encore Machine which can be found near the boss' area.

Has a Chance to Drop from Legendary Loot Sources

Aside from farming Pango and Bango, the Phantom Flame also has a small chance of dropping from regular legendary loot sources like red chests, golden key chests, and other bosses.

You can speed up your legendary farming by using a boss farm or endgame build for your Vault Hunter.
