Find the broken fence and jump down.

You will find the datapad on a crate.

Borderlands 4 - Makeshift Chalet Command Console
Returning up to the broken fence, you should be facing the side of a building. Run over to the front side to find the command console by the door.

Makeshift Chalet Safehouse Location

Northwest of The Fadefields

Makeshift Chalet is the first Safehouse you will access in Carcadia Burn. You may access it by traveling north from the western side of The Fadefields.
