How to Unlock Electroshock Therapy

Borderlands 4 - Electroshock Therapy Location

To start Electroshock Therapy, go to Idolator's Noose and locate a house with Psychos. Talk to the one named Prof. Ambreleigh.

Prof. Ambreleigh will give you two objectives that can be done in any order.

Find Ordonite Sample

# Walkthrough

Borderlands 4 - Watershed Gate
Go slightly northeast of the house to Watershed Gate. Eliminate the enemies at the front.

Borderlands 4 - Ordonite Sample Location
After killing all enemies, go to the right side and get the Ordonite sample by a tall structure with machines and yellow pipes.

Find Eridium Sample

# Walkthrough

Borderlands 4 - Rosemary
Follow the road going slightly east to fetch the Eridium sample at a location called Rosemary's Reserve.

Borderlands 4 - Eridium Sample Location
The Eridium sample is on top of a machine.
3 With both samples collected, go back to Prof. Ambreleigh.

Find Meathead

# Walkthrough
1 Place the samples in the machine.
2 Before flipping the switch on the machine, Prof. Ambreleigh will stop you and request you to find and kill a meathead.

Borderlands 4 - Badass Watthead
Go outside the house and take a left to see a group of enemies. Fight the Badass Watthead to get the head.
4 Go back inside and place the meathead head on the machine.
5 To stop the head from talking, melee hit it. Then, flip the marked switches to end the mission and get your reward.
