Request Help from Nettie

How to Request Help from Nettie

Go Inside Emerald Grove

Players first need to go inside Emerald Grove and head to the Sacred Pool area. Interact with the Stone Door to enter the Druid's Chambers, and there you can find Nettie about to heal a bird.

Talk to Nettie in the Druid's Chambers

When you find Nettie, talk to her and tell her that you need help getting rid of the tadpole inside of you. She will then lead you to the Enclave Library to discuss matters further. Make sure to have someone with good Charisma, like Astarion, to approach her just in case.

Once you enter the room, Nettie will start asking questions about your experience with the tadpole to see if she can trust you. Tell her the truth so that she will tell you that Halsin could help.

If you hide the truth from Nettie, she will poison you, and you would have to convince her to give you the antidote. All of the difficult checks are the same, so choose the one you have proficiency with.

If you fail the first check, you will still have another attempt. If you fail both checks, she will refuse to give it to you, and you would have to kill her to get the antidote.

How to Get Into the Druid's Chambers

Save the Adventurers from Goblins

When you pass by Emerald Grove for the first time, you will see a group of adventurers running away from goblins. With the help of Wyll and the tieflings, defeat the pack of goblins and enter through the main gate.

Talk to the Druids in Emerald Grove

After saving Emerald Grove from the initial goblin attack, speak to the druids guarding the Sacred Pool. You can find them past the tiefling encampment, and tell them that you need to speak with their leader. Finally, they will let you enter the Druid's Chambers.

Go Through the Underground Passage

Conversely, you can also enter the Druid's Chambers by entering through the Underground Passage right near the gate outside Emerald Grove. Kill Findal and take his Key of the Ancients to open the stone slab in the other room. This passageway leads directly to the Enclave Library and the Druid's Chambers.
