The Growshroom deviant has a chance to appear when gathering mushrooms. They are quite rare so getting one depends entirely on chance and luck!

Farm Mushrooms at Chalk Peak

Cave System in Chalk Peak

There are plenty of Mushrooms in the cave system inside the mountain northwest of Chalk Peak. The place is huge and is teeming with mushrooms, making it a great place to get a Growshroom.

Be careful with the bears and corrupted bears in the area though! Keep a safe distance from them so they won't attack you.

Growshroom - Extra Large
Optimism - Extra Large The appearance of this Deviation has changed. It gains Max Mood +40%.

In the second season of Once Human, new variants of Deviants have been introduced, including Growshroom - Extra Large. This variant boasts the Optimism - Extra Large characterization, which increases its Max Mood by 40%

Growshroom - Green Touch
Toxicologist - Green Touch The appearance of this Deviation has changed. While exploring, it has the chance to bring back Acid.

The Growshroom - Green Touch variant has the Toxicologist - Green Touch characterization. This means it has a chance to bring back Acid while gathering or farming, providing another way to farm precious Acid.

These are these specific Deviation's preferences to speed up its Deviant Power and Mood regeneration. Make sure to put its Securement Unit in a location with the proper environment for maximum efficiency.

How to Get Colored Lighting

Once Human - Colored Lighting
You can obtain the corresponding Circular Lights for your Deviations by building them via the Furniture Menu. These can be unlocked through Basic Furniture II under Building in your Memetics Cradle.

How to Supply Electricity

Once Human - Solar Generator in the Build Menu
You need to wire your Deviations' Securement Unit to a nearby Power Facility that can supply the proper amount of Watts. Electricity can be unlocked under Logistics in your Memetics Cradle, you can start with a Solar Generator.

Place The Securement Near a Furnace

Once Human - Furnace in the Build Mode Menu.png
This Deviation prefers warmer areas. This can easily be done by placing its Securement Unit near a Furnace. The Furnace can be unlocked through Smelting Essentials under Infastructure in your Memetics Cradle.

Once Human - Place in Securement Unit

To use Growshroom, you'll first need to place it in a Securement Unit. Try to fulfill its preferred environment to maximize its Power and Mood.

Passively Plant Seeds

The Growshroom will automatically plant seeds, provided you have them, and speed up the growth of crops. Remember to check back once in a while to harvest your fully grown crops!
