The Nutcracker deviant has a rare chance to drop from the Forsaken Giant when clearing the Forsaken Monolith.
The Nutcracker's drop rate is quite low and it's recommended to run the Forsaken Monolith solo for an easier time defeating the Forsaken Giant.

These are these specific Deviant's preferences to speed up its Deviant Power and Mood regeneration. Make sure to put its Securement Unit in a location with the proper environment for maximum efficiency.
You can obtain the corresponding Circular Lights for your Deviants by building them via the Furniture Menu. These can be unlocked through Basic Furniture II under Building in your Memetics Cradle.
You can get the Furniture formula for Toys by either spending Starchrom at the Season Shop under the Furniture Formula One section or you can find them through exploration.
You need to wire your Deviants' Securement Unit to a nearby Power Facility that can supply the proper amount of Watts. Electricity can be unlocked under Logistics in your Memetics Cradle, you can start with a Solar Generator.

How to Get and Use Isolated Securement Unit
The Nutcracker acts as security looking over your territory, shooting enemies and hostiles that get too close. Its attacks become more potent the higher its Deviant Energy.
