The Mini Feaster deviant can be obtained as a reward for completing the side quest Lord of the Fog. This side quest is given by Lowe in Meyer's Market.

The Mini Feaster can alternatively be acquired by completing Mist Zone events scattered in the open world and are marked by a purple beam of light. Defeat all the enemies inside to complete the event and open the crate to get the Mini Feaster.

These are these specific Deviation's preferences to speed up its Deviant Power and Mood regeneration. Make sure to put its Securement Unit in a location with the proper environment for maximum efficiency.

You can obtain the corresponding Circular Lights for your Deviations by building them via the Furniture Menu. These can be unlocked through Basic Furniture II under Building in your Memetics Cradle.

You can obtain the Radio to play music for your Deviations by building them via the Furniture Menu. The Radio can be unlocked through Basic Furniture II under Building in your Memetics Cradle.

You can get the Furniture formula for Toys by either spending Starchrom at the Season Shop under the Furniture Formula One section or you can find them through exploration.

To use Mini Feaster, you'll first need to place it in a Securement Unit. Try to fulfill its preferred environment to maximize its Power and Mood.
How to Get and Use Isolated Securement Unit
After placing Mini Feaster in a Securement Unit, you'll need to sync it to your Cradle in order to use it in combat. You can do so by interacting with the Securement Unit and pressing the F key.
The Mini Feaster automatically attacks enemies when deployed in combat, and you can even choose its target. It also increases the damage enemies receive from weapons, similar to the Lonewolf's Whisper.
