Is Inspirational Worth It?

Good for Players with Companions

The Inspirational perk benefits the players who always have companions. This perk can increase the companion's damage, remove friendly fire, and allow them to carry more items.

However, if you prefer to play without a companion, you will gain nothing from the Inspirational perk.

How to Get Inspirational

Unlock Inspirational at Charisma 8

Inspirational is on Charisma Level 8

The Inspirational perk is unlocked when your Charisma is at Level 8. You can start at this level by assigning 8 points to Charisma during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.

After getting to Charisma 8, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
