Big Leagues is a Strength Perk in Fallout 4 (FO4). Learn if Big Leagues is worth it, Big Leagues's ID and ranks, as well as how to get and unlock Big Leagues.
Big Leagues is worth it if you primarily use melee, since the perk focuses on increasing damage of melee weapons. If you start investing on this perk early, you can deal a tremendous amount of damage later on against Deathclaws, Yao guais, and Behemoths while only using melee!

Rank 2 | 7 | You now do 40 percent more melee weapon damage and gain a chance to disarm your opponent. |
Rank 3 | 15 | You now do 60 percent more melee weapon damage and gain an increased chance to disarm your opponent. |
Rank 4 | 27 | You now do 80 percent more melee weapon damage and hit all targets in front of you. |
Rank 5 | 42 | You now do double damage with a melee weapon and gain a chance to cripple your opponent, or grand slam their head clean. |
Big Leagues is on Strength Level 2 |
The Big Leagues perk is unlocked when your Strength is at Level 2. You can start at this level by assigning 2 points to Strength during the Registration Form at the start of the game. Otherwise, you can get to this level by collecting SPECIAL magazines or bobbleheads and spending perk points upon level up.
After getting to Strength 2, you're free to spend perk points on ranking up the skill, as long as you are at the required character level to rank up.
