Sabrina's Pokemon is weak against Ghost-type and Dark-type Pokemon. Make sure your Pokemon are at least two levels higher than all of her Pokemon. Her Venomoth is also weak to Fire-type Pokemon, so you can use them here too.
Your best bet would be to get a Snorlax with Shadow Ball, which in FireRed or LeafGreen, is a Ghost-type Physical move. Snorlax has high SP DEF, which is more than enough to resist the Psychic-type moves Sabrina's Pokemon has.
To get the TM for Shadow Ball, you must buy it from the Game Corner in Celadon City. If you don't want to get the Shadow Ball TM, you can also just use Body Slam since Sabrina's Pokemon has low DEF and are susceptible to Physical attacks.
To get a Snorlax, use the Poke Flute on the one that's blocking the path in Route 16. You can also use the Itemfinder to get the Leftovers item and equip it to Snorlax for some HP regen during the fight. Snorlax learns Body Slam at Level 33, which is early enough for this gym battle.
Venusaur
Snorlax
Venusaur can have a tough time against Sabrina's Pokemon because they're mostly Psychic and most of its attacks are Special, which would deal less damage to her Pokemon because of their high SP DEF and Calm Mind.
It's recommended to get a Pokemon like Snorlax who can use strong Physical moves, along with Shadow Ball.
Charizard
Snorlax
Charizard does great against Sabrina's Pokemon since it has Physical moves like Slash, and Fire moves like Flamethrower to wreck Venomoth. Pair Charizard up with a Snorlax to have an easier time with this gym battle.
Blastoise
Snorlax
Blastoise can be decent against Sabrina's Pokemon since it can use Physical moves through TMs. Due to its generally high SP DEF, Blastoise can easily survive the Psychic attacks used against it. Use Snorlax and use Physical attacks to clear this gym battle easily.
