A King's Rock can be found in the southeast area of Sevault Canyon, which is south of Seven Island.
From the Pokemon Center of Seven Island, head south until you enter Sevault Canyon. Continue heading south through the grassy area and take the east path. Follow the path until you reach an area with rocks and boulders. The King's Rock can be found surrounded by them. Use Rock Smash and Strength to get to it.

A King's Rock can be obtained as a prize for defeating the Mixed challenge in Trainer Tower, which can be found north of Seven Island.
