Buy Leaf Stone at the Celadon Department Store
You can buy a Leaf Stone at the 4th Floor of the Celadon Department Store for 2100 Pokedollars, along with other Evolutionary Items.
Two Leaf Stones in the Safari Zone
There are also two Leaf Stones in the Safari Zone. The first one is in Area 1; you will need Surf to get to the small island in the lake, where the Leaf Stone is hidden.
There is a second Leaf Stone in Area 2. It is located on a ledge to the southwest of the Area 2 Rest House.

How to Use the Leaf Stone
Open the Items Section of the Bag
To use the Leaf Stone, open the Bag and look for the item in the Items pocket.
Find the Leaf Stone and Select Use
Scroll through the Items in the Bag until you find the Leaf Stone, then press A to open a menu. From this menu, select the Use option to bring up your team of Pokemon. From there, you'll be able to see which Pokemon can use the stone to evolve.
What Does Leaf Stone Do?
Allows Certain Pokemon to Evolve
The Leaf Stone is an evolutionary item that will allow certain Pokemon to evolve into a stronger form. You can check which Pokemon can use it in the preview, as ineligble Pokemon will have no use beside their name.
