1	Antidote	Viridian Forest Found on the tree by the entrance.
2	Potion	Viridian Forest Found on a patch of grass in the western part of the area near the gate, in the same row as a trainer.
3	Poke Ball	Pewter City At the center of a patch of grass with a lighter shade beside the City Museum.
4	Oran Berry	Route 3 In a patch of grass with the letter M on a platform with one boy trainer with a yellow hat.
5	Persim Berry	Route 4 Found on a patch of grass with the letter M at the center of three boulders. Found to the left of the Pokemon Center.
6	Great Ball	Route 4 Hidden on the ground in a corner to the left of the black belts who will give you Mega Punch and Mega Kick.
7	Razz Berry	Route 4 Found in a patch of grass with the letter M symbol on the lower right of the area just beside two trees.
8	Ether	Mt. Moon On the central area of the 3rd level, click on the boulder just right of the Team Rocket Grunt.
9	Moon Stone	Mt. Moon Just before you talk to the Researcher with the Fossils, click on the boulder by the corner to get the item.
10	Rare Candy	Cerulean City Found behind a house with the backyard. Click on the ground at the center of the flowers.
11	Pecha Berry	Route 24 Located on the ground of the elevated platform just across the Poke Ball. Indicated by a letter M symbol.
12	Elixir	Route 24 Found between and to the left of the two bushes north. You can get it near a large man with a round hat.
13	Oran Berry	Route 25 Found on a patch of grass with the letter M symbol just below an inverted L bush. A young boy with a yellow hat running back and forth can be seen.
14	Bluk Berry	Route 25 On the ground indicated by the letter M. Just beside the girl near Bill's House. Found below two red flowers.
15	Ether	Route 25 Hidden on the ground just a few steps to the right of where the tiles end outside of Bill's House.
16	Sitrus Berry	Route 6 Found on an elevated platform to the left of the north gate, indicated by an M on the ground.
17	Rare Candy	Route 6 Located to the right of the north gate at the center of the elevated platform.
18	Max Ether	Vermilion City On the shore south of the Pokemon Center, click on the sand near the corner.
19	Hyper Potion	SS Anne Click on the trash bin beside the stairs on the lower floor of the ship.
20	Pecha Berry	SS Anne Click on the first pot closest to the entrance in the kitchen.
21	Cheri Berry	SS Anne Click on the second pot found on the right side of the kitchen.
22	Chesto Berry	SS Anne Click on the third pot furthest from the entrance in the kitchen.
23	Escape Rope	Route 11 Interact with the boulder just north of the east gate.
24	Ether	Route 9 Interact with the boulder seen when you first enter the route. You must pass by a series of trainers and go west to access the item.
25	Chesto Berry	Route 9 Press the M on the ground seen to the right of a large rock with two levels. Located further into the area, to the west of a large man with a bug catching hat.
26	Rare Candy	Route 9 In the same area as the Chesto Berry, click on the dirt patch seen to the right of the large man with a bug catching hat.
27	Persim Berry	Route 10 South of the Pokemon Center, click on the M on the ground in the southeast corner of the fence.
28	Super Potion	Route 10 Beside the Pokemon Center to the left, cut the tree down and interact with the ground to get the item.
29	Cheri Berry	Route 10 To the left of the trees that can be cut down, click on the M on the ground.
30	Nanab Berry	Route 10 Outside of the cave, head to the right of the entrance to find a small closed off area and interact with the grass indicated by a letter M.
31	Leppa Berry	Route 8 Inside the fenced area, cut the tree down and interact with the letter M on the ground seen south.
32	Rawst Berry	Route 8 Inside the same fenced area, interact with the M seen slightly north of the hidden Leppa Berry.
33	Lum Berry	Route 8 Further west from the fence entrance, interact with another M to get the berry.
34	Wepear Berry	Route 7 From the Underground Path Entrance, head east to find an M on the ground with the item.
35	PP Up	Celadon City To the east of the city, there is a closed off area beside a tree you can cut down. Click on the right corner tile.
36	100 Coins	Celadon Game Corner Just a few steps short of the machine seen in the right corner.
37	10 Coins	Celadon Game Corner One tile row from the entrance, click on the ground in the same column as the second slot machines from your right.
38	10 Coins	Celadon Game Corner Click on the the ground just one tile to the left and up of the rightmost seat.

52	Big Mushroom	Pokemon Tower On the fourth floor, head north and interact with the wall on the left side.
53	Soothe Bell	Pokemon Tower Use the Itemfinder on the topmost floor between the two pillars.
54	Ultra Ball	Silph Co On the second floor, head to the western room with the laptop and interact with the plant on the right corner.
55	Protein	Silph Co On the third floor, interact with the middle plant on the southeastern corner of the area.
56	Iron	Silph Co On the fourth floor, head to the southeastern room with the laptop and interact with the plant near the corner of the room.
57	PP Up	Silph Co On the fifth floor, head inside the room to the south of the stairs. Interact with the plant by the corner.
58	Elixir	Silph Co On the fifth floor in the same room as the PP Up, head to the left section and interact with the second plant.
59	Carbos	Silph Co On the sixth floor, enter the northwest room and click on the plan furthest from the entrance.
60	Zinc	Silph Co On the seventh floor, enter the eastern room and in the first section with the laptop, interact with the second plant.
61	Nugget	Silph Co On the eighth floor, head to the southeastern room and interact with the plant near the researcher.
62	Calcium	Silph Co On the ninth floor, head to the western room past the two beds and girl. In the same room with two plants and a glass coffee table, interact with the second plant.
63	HP Up	Silph Co On the tenth floor, go to the east room and in the first section with the picture frame and telephone, interact with the plant.
64	Revive	Silph Co On the eleventh floor, interact with the middle plant in the south area of the floor.
65	Nugget	Saffron City In the southwestern house where the Copycat lives, interact with the empty spot of the table with the PC.
66	Leftovers	Route 16 Use the Itemfinder where Snorlax was found.
67	Full Restore	Route 17 Located west of the first sign on the dirt road when coming from Route 16.
68	PP Up	Route 17 At the center of the left metal road in the same row as the first sign on the dirt road and the lamp post.
69	Max Revive	Route 17 On the left metal road in the same row as the sign in the connecting H road area.
70	Rare Candy	Route 17 Press the center of the right metal road in the same row as the third sign on the dirt road and the lamp post.
71	Max Elixir	Route 17 Found at the end of the right road on the south end of the route. Near the route sign.
72	Max Revive	Fuchsia City Inside the fenced area, click on the ground below the middle flower.
73	Leaf Stone	Safari Zone In Area 1, head to the isolated island in the water and press the ground on the right side, mirroring where Poke Ball is located.
74	Revive	Safari Zone In Area 4, click on the ground at the very center of the dirt patch
75	Pinap Berry	Route 14 Click on the ground in the southwest corner of the fence where an M is seen.
76	Zinc	Route 14 Press the ground at the center of the grass in the elevated platform past the tree that can be cut down.
77	PP Up	Route 13 In the fenced area of the route, go to an empty spot and click on the ground opposite of where the sign is. You'll pass by a green lady NPC and white patch of grass.
78	Hyper Potion	Route 12 In the northern section of Route 12, interact with the center of the small patch of land near the fisherman NPC.
79	Rare Candy	Route 12 Located on the fifth row, second column of the 7x4 grass field. Requires Cut to get to the area.
80	Leftovers	Route 12 Use the Itemfinder on the spot where the Snorlax used to sleep in.
81	Max Ether	Power Plant Outside of the entrance, interact with the ground just below the orange column to the right of the building.
82	Max Elixir	Power Plant Inside one the central rooms where three machines are located, interact with the ground in front of the tallest machine.
83	Thunderstone	Power Plant In the same room as Zapdos, interact with the narrow area in front of the large cyclinder.
84	Nugget	Seafoam Islands On the second to the last floor going down, interact with one of the three consecutive rocks next to the ladder.
85	Water Stone	Seafoam Islands On the last floor where Articuno is found, interact with one of the boulders close to the ladder.
86	Moon Stone	Pokemon Mansion To the left of the first western pillar near the entrance, interact with the rocks on the dirt patch.
87	Rare Candy	Pokemon Mansion On the third floor past the researcher, head east and interact with the ground before the deadend of the hallway.
88	Elixir	Pokemon Mansion On the lowest floor of the Mansion where you get the Secret Key, click on the ground parallel to where the switch is located, except on the opposite side.
89	Rare Candy	Two Island Behind the purple-roof house, click on the ground of the ledge closest to the sea.
90	PP Max	Two Island From the purple house, use Surf and go down the waterfall. Then, use the itemfinder on the 1x1 dirt patch tile.
91	PP Up	Three Island Past the Pokemon Center and houses, head left to find a fenced off area. Cut the tree down and head east. Then, click on the ground just one tile before the path changes direction.
92	Max Repel	Three Island Interact with the boulder in the grassy area just below the platform where two pink-haired NPCs can be found.
93	Oran Berry	Berry Forest From the entrance, enter the forest and make your way north to find an area filled with trees. Click on the M on the ground to get the berry.
94	Persim Berry	Berry Forest After the Oran Berry, head south and east just before the ledge. Click on the M on the ground.
95	Pinap Berry	Berry Forest From the Persim Berry, head north. Just before the area where the grass starts to grow, stop and click on the M on the ground.
96	Aspear Berry	Berry Forest Head north from the Pinap Berry and turn left past the grassy area. Stop and click at the M on the ground in this area.
97	Bluk Berry	Berry Forest Head down the grassy area from the Aspear Berry and click on the ground where an M is located.
98	Wepear Berry	Berry Forest Head west and south of the Bluk Berry to find an M beside four bushes.
99	Cheri Berry	Berry Forest Beside the Wepear Berry, click on the second M on the ground.
100	Macho Brace	Viridian City Inside the Gym, use the Itemfinder on the wooden floor seen in the northwest area.
101	Leppa Berry	Route 23 Past the third guard, there is an M to the left of the gate.
102	Max Ether	Route 23 Use Surf and pass the fifth guard to see a small sand isle. Click on the ground near the center to get the item.
103	Ultra Ball	Route 23 Past the sixth guard, return to land. Then, click on the wall between two stone statues to the right of the shore.
104	Aspear Berry	Route 23 Near where you get the Ultra Ball, head west and north to find an M on the ground surrounded by rocks.
105	Full Restore	Route 23 Past the seventh guard, head north and click on the isolated rock northeast.
106	Sitrus Berry	Route 23 Past the eighth guard just before the entrance to Victory Road, click on the M on the ground to the left of the statue.
107	Lum Berry	Route 23 After Victory Road, head north and turn left just before the statues. Then, click on the M on the ground.
108	Max Elixir	Route 23 Take the leftmost entrance of the area and interact with the ground at the dead-end.
109	Full Restore	Victory Road After entering Victory Road, make your way north and click on the northmost rock in the same row as where you get the TM02: Dragonclaw.
110	Ultra Ball	Victory Road To the left of the purple-haired girl at the fork, head south and interact with the rock near the stairs.
111	Ultra Ball	Mt. Ember Outside the very mountain and from the breakable rocks just below the girl with the ponytail, head up the first staircase then turn left. Then, click on the ground to the left of where the road stops.
112	Fire Stone	Mt. Ember After you exit the cave, head up the stairs and turn left. Then, go down the stairs and interact with the first boulder you encounter.
113	Ultra Ball	Four Island From where you enter the island, turn left and make your way a few steps on the shore. Around two steps above the row of the first rock on the sea, click on the ground.
114	Razz Berry	Five Island From the entrance, head east past two guards. Then, use Surf and swim across to the island east of Memorial Pillar. Near the yellow-haired NPC, click on the M on the ground.
115	Sitrus Berry	Five Island From the Razz Berry, head south past another NPC. Click on the M on the ground.
116	Bluk Berry	Five Island Close to where the Sitrus Berry is, click on another M on the ground.
117	Big Pearl	Five Island At the center of the south shore of the Memorial Pillar Island, click on the ground.
118	Net Ball	Five Island Inside the Team Rocket Warehouse, interact with an isolated cardboard box near the center of the puzzle.
119	Nest Ball	Five Island Deep inside the Team Rocket Warehouse, click on the cardboard box in the corner of the room where a researcher is found.
120	Leppa Berry	Six Island Behind the Pokemon Center, click on the M on the ground.
121	Pinap Berry	Six Island East of the entrance, head to the grassy area. Locate an M on the ground and interact with it.
122	Aspear Berry	Six Island South of the Pinap Berry, continue down the grassy area and look for an M close to the stairs.
123	Oran Berry	Six Island Use Surf and swim across the Water Path to the north island. Then, look for an M on the ground seen just above the second purple-roof house.
124	Nanab Berry	Seven Island Just north of the Pokemon Center, click on the M on the ground below the wooden fence.
125	Pearl	Seven Island In the same tile row as the sign, click on the shore ground.
126	Rawst Berry	Seven Island Head south past the wooden bridge and go to the elevated grassy area. Then, click on the M on the ground close to the staircase going down where a couple is found.
127	Cheri Berry	Seven Island Head deeper into the Canyon until you find a purple-roof house. There is an M on the ground which you must click to get the item.
128	Ultra Ball	Cerulean Cave Interact with the ground near the first ladder of the western area of Cerulean Cave. Requires Surf to reach it.

How to Find Hidden Items

Look for Unique Visual Indicators

You can find hidden items by looking for specific visual indicators on the ground. Sometimes in fields, you can find an M-shaped grass texture, which indicates that a hidden item is in that spot. Approach the spot and press A to find the hidden item.

List of All Items

Use an Itemfinder

Some items are hidden in walls, tiles, or corners and are not immediately visible. You can use an Itemfinder, which sends out a signal on where an item might be. Follow the signal and press A to find the item.

You can obtain an Itemfinder by going east of Vermilion City to Route 11 and talking to one of Prof. Oak's Aides on the second floor of the east gate. You must have 30 Pokemon registered in the Pokedex to get the Itemfinder.
