Mr. Mime can be received from a man in Route 2 in exchange for an Abra. Look for his house outside Diglett's Cave through a series of trees that can be Cut down. The level of this Pokemon is the same as the traded Pokemon with a chance of being a shiny!

In the Underground Path that leads from Route 5 to Route 6, you can exchange Nidoran with its opposite gender depending on which version you have. A little girl NPC will be asking for Nidoran-M in FireRed, while she will be requesting Nidoran-F in LeafGreen.
It is also important to note that Nidoran-M is more common in FireRed, with the opposite being true for LeafGreen.

Seel is a Pokemon you can receive by giving Ponyta to an NPC with a green shirt in the Testing Room of Cinnabar Island's Pokemon Lab. This Pokemon will be the same level as the one you offer to him.
