There is a woman in a house at the northernmost point of Water Path at Six Island, who requests to see a Heracross. Showing her one will net you one Nest Ball, and each Heracross that is larger than the last one shown will also grant a Nest Ball.

There is also a hidden Nest Ball on Resort Gorgeous in the Five Island area. It is located on the rock on the island west of Lady Selphy's House, on the western face of the rock.

Also Hidden in Rocket Hideout/Warehouse

There are also one-time only Nest Balls in both the Rocket Hideout and the Rocket Warehouse. The Nest ball in the former location is found in between two potted plants directly southeast of where Giovanni is on the 4th floor.

The Nest Ball in the Rocket Warehouse is found in the northeasternmost corner of the map, hidden in a lone box.
