Open your Bag, select HM04 Strength, and choose a compatible Pokemon to learn the move.

Push Large Boulders

Stand next to a movable boulder and press the A Button. The Pokemon will push the boulder, allowing you to move it around.

Strength allows you to push large boulders around, clearing paths and solving overworld puzzles that block your way.
