Enter the Hall of Fame

Champion

Players can get the Mystic Ticket after defeating the Pokemon League Champion and entering the Hall of Fame. This key item appears in your Bag, alongside the Aurora Ticket, after returning home to Pallet Town.

Board the Ship to Access Navel Rock

Travel to Navel Rock

Once you have the Mystic Ticket in your Bag, you can board the Seagallop ship and have access to Navel Rock. Navel Rock is a hidden island between Four and Five Islands where players can find Lugia and Ho-Oh.
