First Located in the Lost Cave

Take the first ladder down upon entering the Lost Cave.

You should be in a room with a Hiker. Enter room to the east.

Enter the room to the north.

Turn around and exit out of the entryway you just came from to the south. You should arrive at a room with a psychic girl.

Enter the room to the south.

Enter the room to the east.

Turn around and exit out of the entryway you just came from to the west.

Finally, enter the room to the north.

You should arrive at a room where Lady Selphy is pacing back and forth. She will challenge you to a battle and you will have to defeat both of her level 49 Persian.

After the battle, she will ask you to bring her home, which is the house in Resort Gorgeous.

Lady Selphy in her home in Resort Gorgeous

After rescuing her from the Lost Cave, Selphy can be found in her home in Resort Gorgeous, which is north of Five Island.

Selphy Request Guide

Show Requested Pokemon

Show Selphy the Requested Pokemon

Talking to Selphy will prompt her to say that she wants to see a certain Pokemon. Have the requested Pokemon in your party and talk to her for her to reward you.

Changes Request After 250 Steps

Taking 250 steps without showing Selphy the requested Pokemon will cause her to lose interest in that Pokemon and change her requested Pokemon. So it is recommended to have caught a decent amount of the Pokedex to be more prepared for her requests.
