For some Miscellaneous Items like Stardust, you can sell them to Poke Marts or merchants in exchange for money.
Some Miscellaneous Items, like the Flutes or the Repels, can attract or repel wild Pokemon respectively.
Miscellaneous Items are items that have a variety of uses in the game. Some of them can attract or repel wild Pokemon, while others can be sold to Poke Marts for money. Some items, like the Escape Rope, can allow you to go back to the entrance of an area or cave.
