In Battle: The poisoned Pokemon loses 1/8th of its maximum HP per turn it is poisoned. Out of Battle: Every 5 steps taken causes the Poisoned Pokemon to lose 1 HP. This effect can cause it to faint if left poisoned. Poison and Steel Pokemon are immune to the effects of this status. |
All Status Effects and How to Cure Them
| List of Poisoned Effects |
|
In Battle: The badly poisoned Pokemon loses 1/16th of its maximum HP after infliction. This damage increases by 1/16th of their maximum HP every turn. Out of Battle: Every 5 steps taken causes the Badly Poisoned Pokemon to lose 1 HP. This effect can cause it to faint if left poisoned. Poison and Steel Pokemon are immune to the effects of this status. |
A Pokemon that is badly poisoned instead takes 1/16th of its HP initially, but this damage increases by an additional 1/16th for each turn the Pokemon remains badly poisoned. This leads to more damage than regular Poison over time.
