Lt. Surge's Vermilion Gym Puzzle

First Switch is Found Randomly

Vermilion Gym Puzzle First Switch Location is Random

To solve Lt. Surge's puzzle in the Vermilion Gym, you'll need to activate two switches to disable the lightning. The first switch can only be found randomly. You will have to go through the cans one by one to find it.

Second Switch is Beside the First Switch

Vermilion Gym Puzzle Second Switch is Beside the First Switch

The possible switches beside the first switch are marked green.

The second switch can always be found beside the first switch. From the first switch's can, you should check the can above it, below it, to its left, or to its right.

Finding the second switch on your first try will disable the lightning, letting you challenge Lt. Surge!

How to Beat Lt. Surge Guide

Switches Will Reset If Wrong

If you don't find the second switch in your first try, the first switch will reset. The first switch's location will change and you'll have to find it again before you can look for the second switch.
