How to Get Dragon Scale

Found in Water Path in Sevii Islands

A Dragon Scale can be found in the southeast area of Water Path, which is east of Six Island.

From the Pokemon Center of Six Island, head east until you reach Water Path and use Surf when you can. Head south and slip in between two rocks that are slightly apart. Continue south until you encounter a small patch of land, where the Dragon Scale can be found.

Pokemon FRLG - Seadra Seadra → Pokemon FRLG - Kingdra Kingdra Trade Seadra while holding a Dragon Scale.

In FireRed and LeafGreen, a Dragon Scale's only use is to evolve Seadra into Kingdra by trading Seadra while it's holding a Dragon Scale.
